JIGEASEL's parent company is A & J Products.
We are a specialist manufacturing company in Hampshire where all JIGEASELs are hand made. Our Deluxe puzzle boards are made for us by our suppliers in Norfolk where they are also hand made.
Quality made British products is not an idle boast. Most, if not all other jigsaw puzzle accessories are made in the Far East and the quality difference is obvious.
We confidently expect our products to give years of service and pleasure.
Policies
Payment
Please do not send cash. Make Cheques or Postal Order payable to JIGEASEL parent company A & J Products.
Returns
JIGEASEL operate a "No Quibble" policy. Should you wish to return a product it must be within seven days of receipt and in original packaging. Please telephone us on 023 9225 6711 before returning any product. Postage / carrier costs cannot be refunded. The full purchase price of returned products will be refunded by the same method used to pay us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
We recognise & respect your privacy and will not knowingly breach this trust in us. Your name, postal, personal e-mail address and telephone number will not be sold or passed to other organisations without your consent. We will assume you to have withheld this consent. In common with most web sites, this web site automatically logs certain information every time it is viewed. This web site & server do not store or capture personal information. The log files for the site do not contain any personal information or information about other sites you have visited. Statistics are extracted from this data and are used for producing summary statistics only. These do not include information from which individuals could be identified. Delivery to the mainland United Kingdom (excluding Highlands and Islands) is FREE.
For other destinations please contact us before ordering.
Allow 5 working days for delivery.
Orders will normally be delivered by Parcelforce.
